Follow this simple step-by-step guide in order to setup your desired cremation service.

  • This charge includes a visitation prior to cremation during regular day time hours up to 15 people for 30 minutes (Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

  • Our services include coordination the memorial arrangements, supervision of memorial, staff to attend the memorial ceremony, professional display of floral tributes, reserve seating, and equipment for services.

  • Any arrangement conferences or visitations after regular hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Saturday and Sunday) are subject to overtime charges. The cost of other than local transportation ($295.00 included) in vehicles of mortuary is $2.75 per mile (one way). Note: If direct cremation cannot be accomplished within 24 hours of death as required by Utah Health Code, refrigeration is required. Refrigeration per day or portion thereof is $95.00.

  • An identification viewing of no more than 2 people is required on all cremations.

  • In most areas of the country, state or local law does not require that you buy a container to surround the urn in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink.

  • Note: The above prices are for delivery in the Salt Lake area. Drayage amounts may be added in other areas.
