Brenda Jacobs, 82, of Battle Creek, Michigan passed away peacefully on December 8th, while living in Sandy Utah. She was a loving mother of two children and three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. She cared deeply for her family and neighbors.
Brenda was born on December 5th, 1941 at Community Hospital in Battle Creek, Michigan, daughter of Kenneth and Elizabeth Burdick. Brenda is survived by her brother Richard Burdick, daughter Kelly A. Cohen (Mike) and son Joseph B. Duffin (Elainia) and three grandchildren Dylan J. Duffin, Crossden D. Duffin and Adam L. Cohen (Molisa), four great grandchildren Adam, Zackary, Sophia and Travis. She is preceded in death by her husband Larry B. Jacobs, brother Ken Burdick, Sisters Karen Boston and Barb Burdick.
In lieu of flowers, donations should be sent to Lakeview School District in Brenda Jacobs’ honor, where she was employed for several years.
Services and burial to take place at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Battle Creek, Michigan, date and time to be determined.
