How do you sum up the life of someone like Jennifer Stevens? You can start with the facts, she was born February 4, 1981 at the Salt Lake Regional Hospital. That her mother was Lynda Gonzalez, she had 5 siblings Brandy, Julian, Trinity, Asia and Briana. She began to go through life until she was 21 and had her first child, Jesse in 2002. She would go on to have 4 more children Kortez, Letisia, Isaiah and Faith. She began to become a mother and care for her children, but even in that she began to struggle with many things. During the beginning parts of her life she was addicted to drugs, alcohol and money. She would struggle with this and battle, trying to find some way out of it but it seemed impossible. Then one day a man came into her apartments in 2004 and began to witness to Jennifer. He let her know about the love of Jesus Christ and how he could change her life and deliver her from all the things that were ruining her life. In that moment Jennifer would bow her knees to Jesus and surrender her life and he would completely transform her life. She would go from a drug addict to mother. From an alcoholic to a woman of God. From someone who always wanted money to trusting in God with her finances. The miracle was so amazing in her life that she and her family would get locked in to The Potters House in Salt Lake City Utah. She began to go around and let people know about the change that Jesus Christ had done in her life. From Salt Lake City to all across the state of Utah. But it didn’t stop there, she would share what Jesus had done in her life across America and even in another nation. Her life would go on to make an impact around the world. There are people saved in our churches across everywhere today because of the impact and example ship of Jennifer Stevens. It is because of her changing her life that her kids are in the things of God. They get to experience the great things of God because of the sacrifices that she made for all of them. So if we ask ourselves how to sum up the life of Jennifer Stevens it’s a woman who didn’t have the best start because of her sinful life. But when she invited Jesus to come in and change her she was a woman of God that was an example and made impact to her family members and people around our churches. So she didn’t have the best start but she finished the right way and finished strong all the way to making heaven her home. That’s the kind of life impact she made. she was a woman that God used for his glory to reach lives and she will not be forgotten we will see her again in eternity.
