Cheyenne Marie Adams

Cheyenne Marie Adams, 28, of Salt Lake City passed away unexpectedly on the
morning of, Monday, April 8, 2024. Cheyenne was born September 13, 1995 in Salt
Lake City to Marie Peterson and William “Bill” Adams.
Cheyenne gave birth to 2 beautiful babies, Aria Marie Holder in 2014, and Paxton
William Holder in 2015, before graduating with her High School Diploma from Kairos
Academy Charter School in 2016.
She learned so much, working in several different career fields while working towards
the goal of becoming a registered nurse. Starting with earning her certification as a
Phlebotomy Technician in 2017.
After suffering a life-altering cardiac event in January of 2019, Cheyenne spent 3
months in a medically induced coma. She would go on to regain consciousness, living
in a full-time care facility for the next 5 years while making progress in getting some of
her mobility and cognitive function back.
Anyone that had the privilege of coming in contact with Cheyenne knew she was a
loud, sarcastic ray of sunshine who never failed to put a smile on any face. Her love of
music in all genres made her the life of any party and queen of car karaoke.
Cheyenne is survived by her parents Marie Peterson and William “Bill” Adams;
biological father Tyrone (Brenda) Lipsey; Children Aria & Paxton Holder; and siblings
Brandee (Wyatt) Jacobs, Braeden Frandsen, Kayla Frandsen, Austin Frandsen, Tasha
(Cyler) Mair, William (Jenny) Lipsey, Luvinia Lipsey, and Joe Lipsey;
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial in Cheyenne’s honor on Saturday,
May 18, 2024 at the American Legion Post 112, 3900 South 320 East, Salt Lake City,
Utah from 1-4PM.
