What's included in every package?
All packages include: professional services for a simple cremation, transfer within 50 miles of Salt Lake City, cremation, container, preparation of death certificates, and paperwork assistance. Death certificates can be purchased through the State of Utah.
Can I change my selection?

Are additional services required?
No! Optional services and merchandise are optional. Many families choose just the basic package.
Why is there a weight requirement? Which container do I need?
The weight requirement is for structural integrity during the cremation process. For individuals under 200 lbs, a cardboard container provides sufficient support. For individuals over 200 lbs, a rigid container is required to ensure safe and respectful handling. If you're unsure, please call us at (801) 910-5317 and we'll help you choose.
When is payment required?
After you complete selections. Card not charged until you review and confirm all details.
What if a death occurs after hours?
You can call (801) 910-5317 anytime to report a death. After business hours, our automated care coordinator will answer your call and gather all necessary information accurately and compassionately. The system will immediately dispatch our team to respectfully receive the decedent into our care 24/7.
