Shelly James Curtis

Shelly James Curtis (Grandma BT), 59, of Midvale, Utah, passed away on April 21, 2024. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah October 27, 1964. Shelly will be greatly missed by her husband, Kevin Curtis; son, Cody; grandchildren; her mom, Sheryl Meads James; sisters, Lisa, JoAnne (John) Lewis, Angela (Chelsea) James; brothers, Jerrell Craig James, John Conrad James (Shannon); aunt, Annette Hill; nieces, nephews, and cousins. Shelly had several close friends that were great support and will miss her very much.

Shelly was preceded in death by her father, Jerrell (Jerry) Conrad James, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She attended South High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. She worked as a secretary for a number of years. At times she cared for her grandchildren and helped her son. In accordance with her wishes, no services will be held. Her remains were cremated and will be interned at the Bountiful City Cemetery next to her dad.

May Shelly rest in peace, and may her family find comfort in this difficult time.
