Steven Keith Estes, 58, of Santaquin Utah, passed away on April 28, 2024, surrounded by his cherished loved ones and friends. Born on September 17, 1965, in Provo, Utah, he was the youngest of seven children born to Jimmie Estes and Wanda Boren Estes.
Steven, known affectionately as Uncle Steve, was a beacon of kindness and generosity. His life was a testament to selflessness, always ready to lend a helping hand without expecting anything in return. His infectious humor and playful spirit made him a joy to be around. He possessed a remarkable talent for carpentry, often crafting heartfelt gifts for those he held dear and utilizing his skills to assist anyone in need.
Music was a passion that coursed through Steve's veins, and he seamlessly wove song lyrics into the fabric of his daily life. His resourcefulness and industrious nature kept him constantly engaged in projects, ever eager to explore new endeavors. Steve's protective instincts extended beyond his immediate circle; he was a thoughtful neighbor and a steadfast advocate for those he cared about.
Above all, Steve's greatest joy came from friends and family. He cherished every moment spent with his children and grandchildren, never missing an opportunity to create lasting memories with them. His love knew no bounds, and his presence brought warmth and light to those around him.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Jimmie Estes and Wanda Boren Estes, his sister Wanda Gayleen Estes, his brother Robert L Estes, and his nephew Michael Jeffs. He is survived by his devoted wife, Marti Benson, his brothers Jimmy Estes (Mary Kay) and Reggie Estes (Stephanie) his sisters Lee Dawn Jeffs and Susan Wheeler, his son Randy Ivy, his daughter Courtney Davis, his stepchildren Cody (Kim) Ivy and Kristy Brown, Ty (Tonja) Larsen, Zack Larsen, Josh (Tara) Larsen, Chelbi (Dillion) Edelen as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Steven Keith Estes leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, and unwavering love. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, but his spirit will live on in the countless lives he touched with his boundless compassion and generosity.
A celebration of life will be held at later date.
