Janet Elaine Darr

On May 25, 2025, Janet Elaine Darr of Cottonwood Heights passed away at the age of 74. Janet was born on February 3, 1951, in Cheyenne, WY.

Janet valued her faith and cherished her family and friends. She loved living life and made the most of every moment. She loved to travel as much as she could. Janet’s memory will be honored by the many lives she touched. She had such a sweet smile and infectious laugh and gentle spirit.

Janet passed her days at the assisted living with a contented spirit. She loved playing games and going on outings whenever possible. She was a kind and loyal friend and will be missed by all who knew her.

Janet is survived by her sister Wanda Young (Scott), brother-in-law, Dwayne Reek, daughter Jennifer George (Earl), son Jeffery Darr, and two grandchildren Jacob George and Jocelyn George.

She is preceded in death by her parents Earl Wade Morrison and Mildred Lerwick Morrison, brother Larry Morrison and sister Karen Reek.

Memorial service will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025 with a light lunch afterward 11:00-2:00 at the Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E Dimple Road (10600 S), Sandy, UT 84092 in the Le Jardin Garden.
