Cameron Alvin Edwards

Cameron Alvin “Shorty” Edwards, born on December 6, 1959, in Salt Lake City, Utah, passed away on September 30, 2025.

He found peace in the outdoors fishing, camping, and hunting or sitting by the campfire. As a talented woodworker, his career was spent building beautiful cabinetry throughout the Salt Lake Valley. When he wasn’t outside, he was in the kitchen, whipping up creative and delicious meals. His passion for the holidays was unmatched, and he went big for both Halloween and Christmas. He had a great sense of humor and always made friends wherever he went.

He is preceded in death by his parents Charles A. Edwards and Effie M. Edwards. He is survived by his daughter Ashley (Nate) Fuller, her mother Tina Edwards, siblings Lori (Craig) Smith, Brad (Kim) Edwards. A nephew and niece Brooks (Breeann) Edwards, Madison (Mark) Malmgren, and 5 great nieces and nephews.

There will be no service he has chosen to be cremated and laid to rest by his favorite lake.
